The activities of our Investment Banking division are divided into two categories: Financial Advisory and Underwriting.
Financial Advisory includes advisory assignments with respect to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate defense activities, restructurings and spin-offs.
Underwriting includes public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. Underwriting is one of the core functions of Northbridge and the starting point for all securities offerings. Our underwriting services include corporate equities and bonds, municipal bonds, money market instruments and mortgage-backed bonds.
