Chairman of the Board

Alhaji Galadanchi is a retired Banker with a distinguished career, having served as Executive Director in Savannah Bank, Afribank and Nigeria Arab Bank. A highly respected elder statesman, Alhaji Galadanchi brings a wealth of experience from a career spanning over 30 years to the Board of Northbridge Investment & Trust Company Limited.

Alh. Kassim Ahmed has a Masters Degree in Urban Planning and has several years of work experience with the public sector. He was at one time Managing Director of Kano State Urban Development Board among other high profile positions he has held. He retired from public service to set up Redshift Nigeria Limited a consultancy and developmental services company.

Alh. Kassim Ahmed also sits on the board of other companies.

Alh. Imam has significant experience in the financial services industry as a distinguished Banker and Consultant. A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Alh. Imam worked in various positions with Union Bank Plc and Savannah Bank Plc rising to senior Management position of Area Manager before he resigned to establish his Financial Consultancy firm Associated Partners Limited where he is the Managing Director/CEO. He also sits on the Boards of several companies.

Alh. Hadi Imam is married with Children.

Alh. G Ahmed is an established real estate investor and administrator. Alh. G Ahmed has a Degree in Surveying and had worked in several positions with the Kano State ministry of Lands and Survey rising to the top position of Surveyor General and various times, and also Permanent Secretary.

He retired from public service to co-found Cityscape Properties Limited a real estate development and Management Company. He also sits on the Boards of several companies and is married with Children.

Mallam Hassan Ahmed is a seasoned financial consultant and Certified National Accountant of Nigeria. He is also a member of several other professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria. He holds Partnerships in several Auditing/Consultancy firms including Turning Point, a firm of business and management consultants and has consulted for several State and Local governments in Nigeria.

He is deeply involved in community development and knowledge development with several projects/unpublished titles to his credit.

Mallam Hassan sits on the Boards of several companies and is married with Children.
